/01The brief
OTT Legal defends traffic tickets in Ontario. Every new client meant someone retyping a Provincial Offence Notice into the CRM by hand.
/02What we built
Staff photograph the ticket. The image is cleaned up with Sharp, read with Claude Vision, queued with BullMQ and Redis, and filed as a new matter in Lawmatics through its REST API with OAuth 2.0.
